Yes, all our meals are nut-free. However, please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen is not a certified nut-free facility. If your child has severe allergies, we recommend reviewing our menu and discussing any concerns with us directly.

Kindly specify any dietary restrictions for your child when adding them, and we’ll ensure their meals meet these needs.

Placing an order is simple:

1. Register on our website.
   
2. Add your child(ren) to your account. Once we approve the addition, you can proceed.
   
3. Browse our menu and select the meals you’d like to order.
   
4. Complete your payment securely online.
   
5. View your order: Once placed, click ‘View Calendar’ to track your scheduled meals. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with your order details.

We understand that plans can change.

• Individual meal cancellations: Must be submitted by email before 7:00 AM on the day of delivery.
  
• Illness: If your child is sick, cancellations must also be emailed before 7:00 AM.
  
• Unforeseen closures: No refunds will be issued for events such as snowstorms.
• Cancelled orders will be credited to your wallet for future use. No refunds can be provided.
