Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to Le Doral Catering! By ordering meals through our service, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Payment

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe, supporting multiple methods including PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

  • Transaction fee: $3.00 for orders of $35.00 or less

2. Cancellations / Credit Policy (No Refunds)

  • Illness: If your child is sick, cancellations must be emailed before 7:00 AM.

  • Outings, events, or appointments: We appreciate 72 hours’ notice whenever possible; if that’s not feasible, please email us before 7:00 AM on the day.

  • Cancelled orders will be credited to your wallet for future use. No refunds can be provided.

  • If a customer is not eligible for a credit, meals will still be delivered; you may request via email to transfer them to a sibling or another child in the school

  • Unforeseen closures: In the event of snowstorms or unexpected school closures, no refunds or credits will be issued. Meals prepared for that day will be donated to Dans La Rue on behalf of the students and their families.

  • Cancellations submitted by the school will be processed. A confirmation will be sent, and the credit will be placed in your wallet.

3. Allergy Alert

  • We service nut-free products; however, we cannot assume responsibility for ingredients supplied by third-party vendors.

  • Please select the right dietary restrictions when adding your child and we will do our best to ensure your child’s meals meet their needs.

  • Gluten-restricted options are available, but Le Doral is not a certified gluten-free facility.

  •  No-dairy restricted options are available. Dairy items are replaced with suitable vegan alternatives.

4. Menu, Certifications & Food Safety

  • Our menus follow the SWLSB & EMSB Nutrition Policy

  • Certified in “Hygiène et SalubritĂŠ Alimentaires” by MAPAQ

  • Meals are prepared fresh every morning, taking all dietary restrictions into account

5. Meal Pricing & Adjustments

  • Minimum order: $35 (orders under $35 incur a $3 transaction fee)

  • Prices may be adjusted to reflect general increases in costs.

6. Credits & Account Policy

  • Cancellations credit your wallet for future orders (no refunds)

  • Graduated students or those who change schools must use their credits, otherwise they are forfeited

7. Registration & Agreement

By placing an order, you are automatically registered in the Le Doral program and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions outlined above.
